Some of the best chefs in the country have come through our kitchen since inception and we will welcome these chefs back into the kitchen over two nights, May 21 and May 22,  to create an extraordinary culinary experience.

Hours of Operation

COI is open for dinner service five nights a week beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday through Saturday evenings; closed Sundays and Mondays

A valid credit card number is required to secure your reservation.  Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you please do so 48 hours prior to the time of your reservation to avoid the late cancellation fee of $250 per guest.  Any reservation made within the 48-hour period will be subject to the same cancellation policy.

Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
