Most Creative Chef: Coi
This 30-seat spot is the new home of Daniel Patterson, known for his experiments with infusions and perfumed oils at Frisson. Here he wows with such standouts as spice-encrusted lamb with Moroccan argan oil and warm chocolate tart with smoked yogurt. The room is soothing (coi means “tranquil” in medieval French).
