Of the restaurants that opened in the past 10 years and are still with us, here are the 10 with the current highest Food scores.  If you haven’t yet experienced all of them, put them on your list of places to try in 2010. “Outstanding” chef-owner Daniel Patterson “leads the charge for molecular gastronomy” at this paean to “el Bulli”, proffering a “stupendous” 11-course Cal-French “feast for the taste buds and the mind” amid a “minimalist” backdrop (set in a “dodgy” part of North Beach); the “scents-as-courses” and “too coy” presentations occasionally “provoke giggles from guests”, but die-hards assure that even in “hard-knock times”, it’s “worth saving your dollars to eat here”; N.B. dishes may be ordered à la carte in the lounge.
